Alleged budget padding: House of Reps members take photos & rock their "I stand with Dogara" scarves

Supporters of Speaker of the House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara, took photos as they rocked their “I stand with Dogara" scarves on the House floor yesterday. The pro-Dogara members wore the scarves to show solidarity as he and 13 other lawmakers face allegations of budget padding leveled against them by Abdulmumin Jibrin. More photos after the cut.
