Rio Ferdinand fires back at ex-teammate Cristiano Ronaldo after he left a comment on his IG page

Ex-Man U defender Rio Ferdinand fired back at his former Old Trafford team-mate Cristiano Ronaldo on IG yesterday after Ronaldo seemed to troll him.

37 year old Rio Ferdinand uploaded a video clip to his followers on Instagram showing him crawling on the ground with weights in each hand alongside the caption: "Bear crawls this morning...working on core & shoulder stability!! These mornings getting cold & frosty!", to which Ronaldo replied "wtf is that??'

Unimpressed with Ronaldo's comments, Ferdinand recommended that Ronaldo tried the workout for himself.
